C1: Drupal Install

If you don't already have a web server.

Why Dreamhost?

Dreamhost offers a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP) stack with impressive features such as large disk storage and bandwidth, unlimited email accounts, databases, and (sub)domains in a shared hosting environment. Shared hosting is secure and cost-effective, however it results in server resources (CPU, etc) being shared by multiple instances which means performance is influenced by other instances. Dreamhost offsets this with responsive support services.

Installing Drupal.

Once you have a web server, we will create a fresh Drupal install for you. In order to do this we will need your hosting and FTP details. Please contact us to schedule this and discuss the details.

C2: PSD/image to Drupal theme conversion

One of our most popular services is converting PSD/image mockups into Drupal themes. Provide mockups of your main page(s) and we will provide clean, flexible, XHTML strict valid, Drupal themes. The converted theme will work with all core Drupal modules (please contact us for a quote if you would like to extend the theme for custom modules).

C2a: Create design mockup (PSD/image), and convert to Drupal theme

Commission us to create your custom design mockup (PSD/image), which we will then convert to a Drupal theme. We will collaborate with you to initially create three (3) mockups, which we will then refine over three (3) iterations. The resulting mockup will be converted to a Drupal theme and will work with all core Drupal modules (please contact us for a quote if you would like to extend the theme for custom modules).

C3: Drupal (core) version update

Do you have a live Drupal site that needs to be upgraded to a newer version of Drupal? We will back up your site, test the upgrade offline, and then safely upgrade your existing site.

C4: Drupal contributed modules version updates

Do you have a live Drupal site that uses contributd modules, which need to be upgraded? We will back up your site, test the upgrades offline, and then safely upgrade your existing site.

C5: Project planning and consulting

Planning meetings include a general overview and assessment of the project scope and site requirements. May include:

• Comprehensive planning of the website’s functionality
• Selection of key features and modules
• Budgeting and Strategy for website
• Confirm audiences and general marketing approach
• General Strategy for Web presence within business plan: operations and marketing
• Highest-level consultant presence.

(Up to three hours. On site meeting available for the greater Sydney area.)

C6: Requirements/systems analysis

Detailed requirements are imperative to a successful project. In order for the result to meet expectations of what is needed, the requirements need to be clearly articulated, and the following industry standards ensure this:

• functional requirements (e.g. users must be able to register and login),
• non-functional requirements (e.g. visual: the visual design must incorporate existing branding, performance: the site must handle 20 simultaneous user sessions),
• wireframes (diagrammatic representation of the elements that need to be accounted for on each webpage), and
• workflows (flowchart representation of user scenarios)

We collaborate with you to create these. (Billed hourly.)

C7: Custom coding/configuration

Custom PHP Coding and Drupal module development is available, depending on the needs of the customer. (Billed half hourly.)

C8: Monthly 3 hours support/maintenance

Monthly 3 hours support/maintenance reserved for help you when you need it. Unused hours rolled to the subsequent month, unused hours expire in 4 months.

C9: Ubercart/e-commerce custom coding/configuration

Custom PHP Coding and Drupal Ubercart module development is available, depending on the needs of the customer. (Billed half hourly.)

C10: non-Drupal customisations

Custom development for non-Drupal projects, including but not limited to, PHP, Javascript, Flash, and X/HTML..
